The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) provides coverage for a vast majority of diagnostic services when medically necessary; however, there are some services that are not covered.

Tottenham Diagnostic Imaging is pleased of offer these valuable diagnostic services, however; the responsibility for payment lies with the patient or the third party requesting the service.

Uninsured services and applicable fees are as follows:

Chest X-ray for Immigration or Non-medical (Require referral): X090 $50.00

Sinus X-ray (Require Referral): X008 $35.00

Invalid/Expired Health Card (per visit): (Require referral) $ depends on the type of visit

Payment is expected before you receive the service.

You will be required to sign a consent form if you are having any of the listed uninsured examinations, indicating that you agree to pay the applicable fee and that you give us permission to proceed with the examination.
